மாணவர்கள் திறன் வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் இலக்குநிலை திட்டமிடல் செயலமர்வு

எமது விவேகானந்த தொழிநுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது பல்வேறுபட்ட இளைஞர்களின் பொருளாதார தரத்தினை சமூகத்தின் மத்தியில் வலுவூட்டலினூடாக சமூக பொருளாதார மாற்றம் எனும் இலக்கை நோக்கி பல்வேறுபட்ட செயற்றிட்டங்களை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தி வருகின்றமை குறிப்பிடதக்கவிடயமாகும்.

அந்த வகையில் மாதம் ஒரு களம் செயற்றிட்டத்தின் அடிப்படையில் கிராமம் தோறும் இளைஞர்களுக்கான வலுவூட்டல் செயற்பாடுகளின் மூலம் அவர்களது திறன்களை அடையாளப்படுத்துவது மற்றும் அவர்களுக்கான தொழில்சார்நுட்பங்களை விருத்தி செய்வதன் மூலம் இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் அவர்களின் தொழில்சார் திறன்களின் மூலம் தங்களது குறிக்கோளை அடைவதற்கான வழிமுறைகள் பற்றிய தெளிவூட்டல்கள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றமை குறிப்பிடதக்க விடயமாகும்.

அந்தவகையில் காரைதீவு பிரதேச செயலாளர் பிரிவுக்குட்பட்ட நாவிதன்வெளி பிரதேசத்தில் தொழில்திறன் மேம்பாடு செயற்றிட்டமானது 06.06.2025 வெள்ளிக்கிழமை அன்று கல்முனை மாதர் சங்கத்தின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பின் கீழ் கல்லூரியினரால் கல்முனை நாவிதன்வெளி கலாச்சார மண்டபத்தில் சிறப்பான முறையில் இடம்பெற்றது.

அந்த வகையில் இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் தொழில்கல்வியின் அவசியம் பற்றியும் தற்போதைய மாணவர்கள் தமது உயர்கல்வியை தொடர்வதற்று காணப்படும் வாய்புக்கள் பற்றியும் வாழ்க்கைத்திறன் பயிற்சியின் முக்கியத்துவம் பற்றியும் ஆக்கபூர்வமான கருத்துக்களும் மற்றும் தொழில்கல்வியின் அவசியம் பற்றியும் வாழ்க்கைத்திறன் பயிற்சியின் முக்கியத்துவம் பற்றியும் எமது கல்லூரியில் வளர்வார்களினால் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டது.

அந்தவகையில் மாணவர்கள் தமது இலக்கினை தீர்மானித்தல் எனும் தொனிப்பொருளில் நடைபெற்ற இச்செயலமர்வில் மாணவர்கள் தமது இலக்கினை சரியானமுறையில் அடையாளங்காண்பது பற்றியும் தமது இலக்கினை இலக்கினை உரிய முறையில் திட்டமிட்டு SMART செயன்முறையினூடு வினைத்திறனான வகையில் அடைவதற்காண வழிமுறைகள் பற்றியும் குறுகிய கால இலக்கு நீண்டகால இலக்கு என பிரித்து திட்டமிடுவதன் மூலம் தமது இலக்கினை உரிய காலத்தினுள் அடைவது பற்றிய விளக்கங்களும் தமது இலக்குகளை அடைவதற்கு அவர்கள் வளர்த்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டிய திறன்கள் பற்றியும் பல்வேறு செயற்பாடுகளின் மூலம் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டமை குறிப்பிடதக்கவிடயமாகும்.

இச்செயலளமர்வில் 15 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்கள் பங்குபற்றி பயன்பெற்றமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்க விடயமாகும்.

Student Skill Development and Goal Setting Workshop

Our Vivekananda Institute of Technology has been implementing various programs aimed at bringing about socio-economic transformation by strengthening the economic standards of diverse youth groups within the community.

As part of this effort, under the “One Field per Month” initiative, empowerment activities are conducted in villages to help identify the skills of young people and enhance their vocational and technical abilities. Through these activities, clear guidance is provided on how they can achieve their goals using their vocational skills in today’s competitive environment.

Accordingly, a Skill Development Program was successfully conducted in the Navithanveli area under the Karaithivu Divisional Secretariat Division on Friday, 06.06.2025, at the Kalmunai Navithanveli Cultural Hall, coordinated by the Kalmunai Women’s Association and organized by our college.

During this event, enlightening discussions were held on the importance of vocational education in the current context, opportunities available for students to pursue higher education, and the significance of life skills training. These topics were clearly presented by our college representatives.

As part of the program themed “Determining One’s Goal”, students were guided on how to correctly identify their goals, plan them effectively using the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) framework, and differentiate between short-term and long-term goals to achieve them within the appropriate timeframe. The sessions also included explanations on the skills students need to develop to achieve their goals, delivered through various interactive activities.

It is noteworthy that more than 15 students actively participated and benefitted from this session.
