எமது விவேகானந்த தொழிநுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது தனிமனித மற்றும் இளைஞர்கள் மத்தியில் வலுவூட்டலினூடாக சமூக பொருளாதார மாற்றம் எனும் இலக்கை நோக்கிய பயணத்தில் எமது கல்லூரியில் தொழில்கல்வி பயிலும் மாணவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமன்றி சமூகத்தின் மத்தியிலும் பல்வேறுபட்ட செயற்பாடுகளை முன்னெடுத்து வருகின்றமை குறிப்பிடதக்கவிடயமாகும்.
அந்த வகையில் மட்/தாழங்குடா விநாயகர் வித்தியாலயத்தில் கல்வி கற்கும் 55 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கான விசேட செயலமர்வானது 2025.06.23 திங்கட்கிழமை அன்று எமது புதுக்குடியிருப்பு விவேகானந்த தொழிநுட்டவியல் கல்லூரியில் இடம்பெற்றது.
இச்செயலமர்வின் ஆரம்ப கட்டமாக மாணவர்கள் தமது அன்றாட வாழ்கையில் எதிர்நோக்க கூடிய பிரச்சினைகளை அடையாளங்கண்டு சரியான முறையில் அதனை தீர்த்துக்கொள்வதற்கான வழிமுறைகள் மற்றும் ஒரு பிரச்சினையை சரியான முறையில் அணுகுவதன் மூலம் அதில் இருந்து வெளிவருவதற்கான திறன்கள் என்பன செயற்பாடுகளின் மூலம் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டது, மற்றும் அவர்களின் இலக்கினை சரியான முறையில் அடையாளப்படுத்துவது மற்றும் எதிர்கால தொழிநுட்ப உலகிற்கு ஏற்றார் போல் தமது தொழிற்பாதையினை தற்போது இருந்தே திட்டமிடுவதற்காக எதிர்கால உலகில் அதிக வேலைவாய்ப்பக்களை ஏற்படுத்தி தொழிநுட்ப உலகினை ஆளப்போகும் தொழில் வாய்ப்புக்களுக்கான பாடநெறிகளை தமது பாடத்தெரிவுகளில் தெரிவசெய்வதன் முக்கியத்துவம் பற்றியும் விளக்கமான முறையில் அறிக்கைகளின் உதவியுடன் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டமை குறிப்பிடதக்க விடயமாகும்.
அதுமட்டுமன்றி இன்றைய வளர்ந்து வரும் காலகட்டத்தில் தகவல் தொடர்பாடல் மற்றும் தொழிநுட்டவியல், ஆங்கில அறிவினை வளர்த்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டியதன் அவசியம் பற்றியும் தொழில் கல்வியின் அவசியம் பற்றியும் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டது.
அந்த வகையில், இச்செயலமர்வில் கலந்துகொண்டதன் மூலம் தமது இலக்குகளை உரிய முறையில் அடையாளங்காண்பது பற்றியும் வேலைவாய்ப்புகளுக்கு ஏற்ற விதத்தில் பாடநெறிகளை தெரிவு செய்வதற்கான திறன்களையும் பெற்றுகொண்டதாக மாணவர்கள் தமது ஆக்கபூர்வமான கருத்துக்களை முன்வைத்தனர்.
Special Workshop to Clarify Students’ Goals
Our Vivekananda College of Technology is on a mission toward social and economic transformation by empowering individuals and youth. As part of this journey, the institute conducts a variety of initiatives not only for students pursuing vocational education but also for the broader community.
In this context, a special workshop was conducted on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Vivekananda College of Technology, Ezhu Thuduvettu, for over 55 students from BT/Thalangkuda Vinayagar Vidyalaya.
The initial phase of the session focused on helping students identify the challenges they face in their daily lives and guided them on how to resolve those issues effectively. Through interactive activities, students were introduced to proper approaches to problem-solving and the development of coping skills. The workshop also highlighted the importance of identifying one’s goals and planning their career path accordingly—especially in alignment with the rapidly evolving technological world that is creating numerous job opportunities.
Students were guided, with the help of reports and presentations, on how to select subjects relevant to emerging technology careers, allowing them to be better prepared for the future.
Additionally, the session emphasized the importance of enhancing communication skills, technological literacy, and proficiency in the English language to thrive in today’s fast-growing environment. The necessity of vocational education was also clearly explained.
Students who participated in the workshop shared positive feedback, stating that they gained valuable insights into recognizing their goals and choosing suitable academic paths aligned with future job markets.
