The “Teamwork: Unlocking the Power of Collaboration” workshop held on April 2, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Divisional Secretariat Manmunai Pattu Arayampathy was a resounding success. With 30 enthusiastic participants in attendance, the session was facilitated by the esteemed VCOT Life Skill Advocacy Team. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in a series of interactive activities, including group exercises and team-building games. These activities fostered a sense of camaraderie and cooperation among the participants, enabling them to develop essential teamwork skills. By the end of the session, attendees emerged with enhanced communication abilities, a deeper understanding of the importance of teamwork, and practical strategies for overcoming obstacles as a cohesive unit. The workshop not only empowered individuals to contribute more effectively within their teams but also laid the foundation for a more collaborative and productive work environment at Divisional Secretariat Manmunai Pattu Arayampathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
