The first certificate awarding ceremony of Vivekananda College of Technology, Kommathurai Branch, was successfully held on the 29th of May, 2024. The ceremony took place at the Conference Hall of the Divisional Secretariat in Eravur Pattu, Chenkalady, with a distinguished lineup of guests and participants. The event was presided over by Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, the Executive Director of Vivekananda College of Technology, and the Chief Guest was Mr. K. Thanapalasundaram, Divisional Secretary of the Divisional Secretariat – Eravur Pattu, Chenkalady, Batticaloa. The spiritual guest for the event was Swami Neelamadhavanandaji Maharaj from the Ramakrishna Mission, Kallady, Batticaloa.
The ceremony celebrated the achievements of trainees who had successfully completed their programs in various fields. Certificates were awarded to graduates in Computer Application Assistant, Office Management & IT, English, Sinhala, and Life Skills programs.
