Empowering and motivating our staff is a vital part of corporate governance. In this spirit, we recently concluded a 7-day intensive #training workshop for our #lifeskills coaches, aimed at enhancing their personal skills.
The workshop covered essential life skills such as:

Self-Esteem
Overcoming Fear, Shame, and Anger
Decision Making
Goal Setting
Time and Stress Management
By equipping our employees with these skills, we are empowering them to support the students and youth in our society, driving socio-economic change through their #ability and our company’s #vision. This initiative has also fostered a more contented and #happy atmosphere among our staff.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. A. Jaganathan, who has been a long-standing resource person for our college. His excellent facilitation on the first day set the tone for the remaining six days, led efficiently by our management team.
