The Mavilangkuthurai Village Youth Leadership Workshop, sponsored by the Vivekananda Community Foundation and organized by the Mavilangkuthurai Old Boys Association (OBA) and the Board of Temple Management, was a resounding success, bringing together 27 enthusiastic participants from the local community. Over the course of the workshop, these young individuals delved into the fundamental concepts of leadership, learning what it truly means to lead with integrity and purpose. Through engaging discussions and interactive sessions, they gained insights into the qualities that define effective leaders and the role leadership plays in driving positive change within their community.
As the workshop progressed, participants had the opportunity to explore the characteristics of effective leadership through hands-on activities and group exercises. From communication skills to problem-solving techniques, each activity was carefully designed to empower participants and foster their growth as leaders.
